The Evidence Investigator in Thailand — One Instrument, Every Segment
The Randox Evidence Investigator, available exclusively in Thailand through BCST, is the only instrument in the Thai food safety market capable of simultaneously screening for multiple drug residues and toxins across feed, meat, seafood, honey, and milk matrices from a single sample in a single analytical run. For operations that currently run multiple individual ELISA assays to screen for multiple residue classes, the Evidence Investigator transforms both the economics and the logistics of that workflow.
Instead of separate assay runs, separate reagent sets, and separate documentation entries for each analyte class, the Evidence Investigator provides simultaneous results for multiple analytes from one prepared sample. Consequently, the output is consolidated into a single report per run. Consequently, the cost per analyte decreases as the number of analytes tested simultaneously increases. The laboratory labor required for comprehensive residue monitoring decreases at the same time. The result is a faster, more efficient, more defensible compliance operation.
BCST is the exclusive Randox Food Diagnostics distributor in Thailand and the only organization with the technical knowledge and supplier relationship to supply, install, calibrate, and support the Evidence Investigator at the level a food production or export compliance operation requires.

The Analyser Process — Five Steps to Results
The Evidence Investigator workflow follows a five-step process. First, place up to 54 Biochips into the thermoshaker provided. Second, add assay reagents and samples to the Biochips. Third, add signal reagent to each Biochip and load into the analyser. Fourth, the analyser loads the Biochip into the image box and measures chemiluminescence automatically. Finally, test results are reported through the on-board data analysis software without any manual calculation.
This on-board data analysis is a critical operational advantage. No manipulation of results is required, which removes scope for operator error entirely and produces a directly reportable result for every analyte on every Biochip in a single consolidated output.
