Directions 
Rehydrate contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water and aseptically add to sterile, cooled (45-50ºC) Mueller Kauffman Tetrathionate Novobiocin Broth Base M1496I/ Mueller Kauffman Tetrathionate Novobiocin Broth Base, Granulated GM1496I/ Mueller Kauffman Tetrathionate Novobiocin HiCynth™ Broth Base MCD1496I. Mix well and dispense as desired.
