\nSuspend 9.00 grams in 1000 ml purified \/ distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes, flasks or as desired. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121\u00b0C) for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

\nCultural characteristics observed after an incubation at 35-37\u00b0C for 18-24 hours. Nitrate reduction observed on addition of 0.5ml of sulphanilic acid (R015) and 0.5ml of \u03b1-naphthylamine Solution (R009).<\/p>\n
